Finance and Accounting Intern - II - Military veterans preferred

Requirements:

• Prior internship experience with Avidex or relevant experience through temporary employment at Avidex is preferred.
• Actively pursuing a college undergraduate program with an interest in business, finance, or accounting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial data analysis and reporting
• Assist with internal audit planning and testing as a collaborative member
• Collaborate with other departments as needed (e.g., sales, credit, project management, buyers, and warehousing)
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned
