Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
- Supports the Senior Associate Director of the Providence Foundation in executing the foundation’s key initiatives, with a primary focus on event logistics, sponsorship and annual giving fundraising initiatives, and administrative tasks aimed at advancing the critical missions of USA Health Providence Hospital through the Providence Foundation.
- Plays an integral role in the smooth operation of the foundation’s activities, their success and the engagement of its constituents.
- Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of the foundation’s major fundraising events, managing event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and volunteer organization, and coordinating event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Oversees sponsorship fundraising by identifying potential sponsors, developing and maintaining sponsorship proposals and agreements, and cultivating relationships with sponsors to ensure appropriate recognition and benefits of sponsors and continued sponsor/donor engagement.
- Tracks and reports on sponsorship contributions, maintaining accurate records, and assists in the development and monitoring of event budgets ensuring that all expenses are accounted for.
- Reconciles event related financials, including processing invoices and tracking expenditures, and providing general administrative support to the Senior Associate Director of the Foundation, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Supports and actively participates in solicitations for the annual and grateful giving programs by assisting with donor communications, tracking contributions. and coordinating recognition activities.
- Collaborates with other team members within USA Medical Affairs Development as well as the overall Development and Alumni Relations team.
- Collaborates with USA Health Providence Hospital leadership.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
