Learfield Amplify is actively seeking a Group Sales Account Executive to join the University of Washington’s ticket sales team. Our highly valued Group Sales Reps play a pivotal role in growing attendance and revenue by focusing on group ticket initiatives and community outreach. You will be fully immersed in the University of Washington Athletics department, working directly with revenue generating, marketing and team operations staff on a daily basis. The goal is to drive group attendance across all ticketed sports while cultivating strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, schools, and affinity groups. Responsibilities:

  • Focus on selling Group Ticket Packages across all ticketed sports, with additional opportunities to sell Season Tickets, Partial Plans, and other products as needed

  • Generate new group sales leads through outbound calls, in-person meetings, networking events, and targeted prospecting

  • Build strong relationships with local organizations, schools, youth sports teams, non-profits, and community groups to develop themed nights, fundraising opportunities, and unique fan experiences

  • Work all home games to execute group experiences and provide service to group clients on-site

  • Maintain detailed records of group sales activities and client interactions in CRM

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual group sales goals as set by management

  • Assist in creating and implementing group theme nights and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and game day operations

  • Provide superior customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all group buyers and their guests

  • Serve as a brand ambassador in the community, representing the University of Washington with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prospect, sell, and service group ticket accounts

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Eager and ready to both compete and collaborate

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-first mentality

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience working in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or event-based group sales preferred

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required

  • 6+ months of sales or customer service experience

  • Previous experience working in a collegiate or professional sports setting is a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this position is $20.76 per hour. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
