Process
Supervision of Operations Coordination with buyer and LSPs • for appropriate decisions to meet business requirements. • Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner. • Ensure accurate planning and end to end managements of all inbound shipments. • Support on ad hoc requirement and convert ideas into projects, Adherence to project’s SOP • Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by members • Ensure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed Safely and Quality Assurance • Ensure safe working practices and environment within the projects. Participate in DESC quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation.
Operation Management
• Coordination and dealing with 3pls, Getting required services thru better planning • Transportation and routing of vehicles, Vehicle placement as per pick plan and tracking till delivery. • Operation managed as per project operating module and within budget to derive forecasted savings.
