As a the Director of Technical Solutions & Deltek Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting Deltek Vantagepoint and collaborating with finance and accounting teams to optimize its use. You'll analyze troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem. You'll identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities. The Director of Technical Solutions & Deltek Solutions Architect reports to the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
Manage and support Deltek Vantagepoint
Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to optimize the use of Deltek VantagePoint
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements; support the configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features
Coordinate data migration efforts with integration team
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business goals; conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users
Ensure system usage aligns with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; maintain awareness of updates to accounting standards and implement changes as necessary

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Deltek VantagePoint OR Vision ERP in a functional role
Specialized Knowledge, Certifications and Licenses: Deltek, SQL Server, Concur, Tableau, Power BI
