Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop and execute a brand marketing calendar to support cross-BU content, including case studies, social media content, and PR materials.
  • Collaborate with BU teams to create case studies highlighting enterprise customer success stories.
  • Adapt global initiatives for local PR dissemination and proactively pitch for media coverage through test drive initiatives.

Marketing, Digital Marketing & Sponsorship Initiatives

  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship and trade participation opportunities that enhance DHL’s brand visibility among target audiences.
  • Responsible for overseeing and executing online marketing strategies to increase a company's digital presence, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of digital tools, analytics, trends, and the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop a cross-BU self-service offering tailored for SMEs.

Consumer Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor consumer sentiment through media tracking and leverage insights to enhance brand education efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify cross-BU growth opportunities and industry trends.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Provide monthly reports to stakeholders detailing cross-BU marketing activities and brand performance by segment.
  • Foster strong relationships with BU marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Mass Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the logistics or freight industry.
  • Strong understanding of design principles with the ability to create basic visual content independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills; capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and partner agencies.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with multiple business units.
  • Self-driven and creative problem-solver with the ability to navigate cross-functional challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in media tracking, PR, and competitive analysis is an advantage.
