Supervisor Outbound. - Military veterans preferred

Job Title: Supervisor – Outbound Operations Department: Operations Location: Chakan, Pune Experience Required: 3–4 years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Outbound Operations Supervisor to manage and streamline the dispatch and outbound logistics process at our Chakan facility. The role involves coordinating daily dispatches, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance in all outbound activities. Key Responsibilities:Supervise all outbound logistics activities including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of goods. Plan and execute dispatch schedules in coordination with production, planning, and sales teams. Ensure all shipments are accurately documented (Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-way bills, etc.) and dispatched on time. Monitor vehicle loading to ensure safe and optimized space utilization. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle availability and on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with quality checks and packaging standards before dispatch. Maintain records of dispatches and generate daily/weekly outbound performance reports. Lead, train, and manage warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure adherence to SOPs. Manage and reduce delays, returns, and damages through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory and company requirements. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus. 3–4 years of experience in outbound operations/dispatch/logistics. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and transport documentation. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
