Main Accountabilities

• Use skills in project management and leadership to increase the sales of IP
• Responsible for achieving IP Customer business targets and KPIs
• Responsible for China IP sales target settings, pipeline and sales analysis to achieve the revenue and margin objectives 
• Guide and lead the commercial team on monthly sales plan in order to achieve monthly target
• Lead IP commercial team to manage direct project opportunities and deliver comprehensive proposals to secure business
• Formulate and coordinate business development strategies between local and overseas sales management
• Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
• Develop sales motivation initiatives to keep high sales performance towards the annual business target
• Defines, monitors and enforces sales targets to the sales units
• Select and assigns key positions to reach targets
• Responsible for costs and cost structure and drives improvement measurements and actions

Finance & Projects

•  Work closely with DHL IP networks in order to assist global contracts from target customers, maxim new potential project from global network
• Drive commercial teams toward expected market penetration and customer satisfaction
• Provide all relevant sales reports and market information
• Provide analysis of the business, competitors and customers

People Management

• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. 
• Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
• Set up KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
