Charlotte Market Desktop Staff Appraiser

Accurate Group is seeking an experienced Desktop Staff Appraiser to join our growing team. Agency focuses on delivering excellent service to the real estate lending, sales, servicing, REO and investment industries for both, residential and commercial properties. This opportunity is in the Charlotte, NC market, working remotely and not having to come into an office location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete desktop real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)Collaborate in a team environment providing feedback on process and role improvement.
  • Communicate with direct management to report any issues or concerns and additionally with the coordinators to provide precise ETA’s and updates on reports in queue. Communication is to remain professional and concise.
  • Expected productivity is based on the report types received and completed throughout the month.
  • Complete training and conference calls as required.
  • A minimal amount of returned reports are expected.
  • Complete assignments on / or before the due date

Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • Minimum of two to three (3) years of proven experience as a Certified Residential Licensed Appraiser
  • Experience completing desktop/hybrid appraisals (required)
  • Current Real Estate Appraiser Certification is required.
  • Proficient in Technology to complete the daily tasks.
  • Effective communicator using Outlook email, Teams, cell phone, etc.
  • Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self- motivated and ability to work remote.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Work 8 hours per day/5 days per week.


Job Type: Full-time/Remote

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000.00 per year based on experience

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts with flexible schedule)


Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

License/Certification:

  • Certified Residential Appraiser License for North Carolina (Required)
