Main Accountabilities:
-Customer
• Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
• Devlelop and maintain strong existing IP customer relations and loyalty
• Respond to customer RFI, RFQ and Tenders
• Respond to IP customer needs/enquiries/complaints
• Lead and monitor the execution and implementation of big projects
• Understand and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
-Head of Commercial
• Work with commercial head to achieve the revenue and GP objectives.
• Provide IP customers data to Head of Commercial to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
• Support to devise, fine tune and implement overall strategy and directives
-Other Functions
• Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to IP customers
• Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
People Management
• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional station
• Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
Requirements for the Job?
-Divisional Experience
• Good knowledge about DHL business and org chart
• Good knowledge on international trade/forwarding
• Good knowledge on multi-model transportation
-Functional Experience
• Proven track records of clients resources and market connections
• Good understanding of project / chartering sales knowledge
• Good knowledge on cargo
• Good knowledge on handling emergency cases
• Good relationship-maintenance/ building skills
• 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in management role, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding
Language Requirements?English-Full fluency in written and spoken
