In this OMS Advisor (Continuous Improvement  Specialist) role you will:

·        Directly leading and managing Continuous Improvement analysis and activities  according to agreed schedule;

·        Providing projects and activities status report including performance & benefit tracking;

·        Providing Country and Site Management with the knowledge to understand the Continuous Improvement methodology, objectives and related tools (Lean, DMAIC, Performance Dialogues, GEMBA walks, Standardized work, etc.);

·        Working with Operations/Business Directors to replicate Continuous Improvement approach across the Country;

·        Coaching Site Leadership Teams to develop Continuous Improvement capability, accountability and culture on site/campus;

·        Supporting productivity tool delivered by colleagues;

·        Manage and support process improvement projects;

·        Implement and monitor KPIs.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

·        Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;

·        At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;

·        Fluent in English;

·        Previous Experience and proven track record in Continuous Improvement

·        Lean Six Sigma certification

·        Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;

·        Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
