EMEA Network Trainer (BCC)

We are looking for a motivated Network Trainer who plays a pivotal role in ensuring that training solutions are effectively developed and implemented for the Service Logistics (SL) with main focus on the BCC (Budapest Command Center).Â
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onboarding trainings to all BCC new joiners.
Create and maintain all BCC system and customer specific work instructions.
Deliver effective training courses on our order management systems and tools to meet internal and customer requirements,Â
Build strong relationships across departments to identify and address training needs.
Support the BCC operations to ensure smooth functionality.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Ability to customize training materials for diverse learning styles.
Proficient in training tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, additional EMEA language knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to travel within EMEA.
Proven background in training development and delivery, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
