Your role:
This is a senior, strategic role at the top expert level, focused on building and scaling innovative eCommerce and Omnichannel solutions that create real customer impact and commercial success. You’ll be leading high-impact programs, driving excellence in execution, managing expert teams, and acting as a key partner to our internal stakeholders and strategic clients.
As a key driver of our regional agenda, you’ll work across functions and borders – supporting delivery excellence, innovation, automation, and performance management. You will also represent our regional capabilities on a global stage, helping define the next generation of flexible, tech-enabled commerce solutions.
What will we do together?
- Lead Next-Gen Projects: Own the strategic planning and execution of multidimensional eCommerce & Omnichannel initiatives across CEE & Turkey, in alignment with EMEA and global strategies.
- Drive Innovation: Identify, design, and deploy innovative digital solutions that reshape customer experience, increase efficiency, and deliver tangible results.
- Maximize Performance: Advise and develop continuous improvement plans across the full end 2 end fulfillment process
- Consultative Sales & Client Engagement: Be an integral part of response team. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients. Understand their needs, tailor solutions, and deliver value that drives growth and loyalty.
- Lead & Inspire: Build and lead a virtual SME cross-functional eCommerce community that shares knowledge, accelerates learning, and fosters innovation.
- Enable Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Business Development, and external vendors to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
- Shape Global Readiness: Develop strategic frameworks, tools, and scalable models that support expansion and capability building on a global level.
Who are we looking for?
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in eCommerce operations, business development, product development, or solution design.
- Demonstrated success in leading expert teams and managing complex regional/global projects within matrix organizations.
- Solid knowledge of contract logistics and fulfillment processes, including a strong understanding of omnichannel commerce models.
- Proven track record in consultative selling, client engagement, and building long-term commercial relationships.
- Strong decision-making, innovation focus, and problem-solving capabilities. Data-driven with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce. Strong digital mindset and awareness of emerging eCommerce technologies.
- Experience working across regions and cultures; strong existing network within Supply Chain or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. Ongoing professional development is expected.
- Fluent English
Location: Flexible within CEE countries (CZ, HU, SK, PL)
