Service Project Coordinator (Americas) - Military veterans preferred

The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and tracking various critical contract activities to achieve both our customer’s and Leidos SES’s contract goals. Project Coordinators primarily interface with Program Managers and Deputy Program Mangers to increase efficiency in all aspects of service program. The Service Project Coordinator will perform the following:

• Assist the Service Program Managers with Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation by gathering service cost inputs.
• Execute duties to the program’s technical, cost, and schedule as defined in the proposal and final contract.
• Communicate project requirements to functional teams via regular project meetings.
• Coordinate and monitor program activities related to Leidos, our service partners, and third parties involved.
• Coordinate special projects awarded by the customer that fall outside the larger, routine maintenance program scope.
• Travel may be expected to ensure our project and contractual commitments are on schedule at various customer sites throughout the Americas region.

Basic Qualifications:

• Combined 8+ years of experience either doing project/program coordination or interfacing with service teams in a service operations support role.
• Previous experience with non-intrusive scanning / inspection equipment or performing, coordinating or managing field service work preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport and able to obtain a TSA TWIC credential.
• Must be able to pass an in-depth DHS PerSec background check.
