How Role will make an impact:

• The Security Manager will administer the MTC's Personnel Security, conduct Security Awareness training, and evaluate employees' continuous eligibility for access to classified National Defense Information Programs on-site.
• This position manages, administers, and implements security policies and programs for the MTC Personnel Security Program to mitigate the risk of compromising national security information.
• Level III Security Specialist responsible for manning and training level II Security Specialists for security needs associated with routine building security as well as large scale exercises.
• Mentor's LTP S2's in DISS.
• Responsible for cyber security plan and training.
• Provides policy updates and manages security SOP.

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience can be substituted.
• 4 years of directly related security specialist experience
• DISS experience.
