Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician's chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures. Assigned daily duties where needed within the maintenance department. Must follow Altor Solutions' standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience with PLC program and robotic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs including the use of predictive maintenance.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
