As such, we are seeking applications for our Associate Director of Strategic Operations – Partnerships.

In collaboration with CoSW, UK, and external stakeholders, the Associate Director of Strategic Operations – Partnerships will strategically plan and expand the college’s current partnership model, ensuring clarity and consistency across all partnership efforts in the college. This position is based in Lexington, Kentucky. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience engaging with community and professional partners, leading complex teams, overseeing documentation and contract management processes, and strategic planning. As well, applicants should have some knowledge of technology as it relates to partnership engagement, management, and development.
