Description

The purpose of your role as a Technology Business Analyst

The Technology Administrator position for the Technology Group shall provide coordination, support, and technical administrative support.

PMO Support:

  • Provide support for all Tech Group and Enterprise level PMO projects.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide Business Relationship Management (BRM) framework setup and ongoing support.
  • Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide the development of technology solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business challenges.

Technology & Project Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Lead select technology initiatives and change management transitions.
  • Draft presentations, communication, and cost models in Microsoft Office 360.
  • Ensure chargebacks/reallocations are accurate and completed in a timely manner with the business units.

Administration:

  • File and update vendor information in SharePoint and Teams. MSA, NDA, RFPs and etc.
  • Provide general admin support.

Research and Development:

  • Provide additional testing and pilots to support technology implementations.
  • Seek opportunities to utilize AI tools to streamline daily admin activities.

What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business technology or related, or 3+ years of technology support experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Pay Range: $55,476.00 to $83,214.00 per year

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
