Job Title: Kitting Quality Supervisor
. - Act as focal contact & driver for Quality-related topics, including rollout of global / regional initiatives across the operation sites - Drive Quality culture through consistent communication & employee engagement (incl. relevant DPDHL policies) - Maintain & improve Quality Management System (QMS), according to customer, industry and internal standards - Support or coordindate Quality Management Review Meetings - Lead or participate in improvement initiatives (e.g., OMS First Choice, Kaizen, Six Sigma) - Advise and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory & customer requirements (e.g. advise on which licenses & permits are required, monitor validity) - Support trade compliance risk assessments & required activities in alignment with compliance teams (e.g., documenting on-hold process, assist on CAPA) - Support and perform audits / inspections in order to verify full comliance against regulatory and customer requirements - Support validation and qualification activities - Implement Global Quality Standards & Quality BASICS - Write & maintain Quality standard operating procedures & work instructions in relavant document control systems - Act as coach & reviewer for operational documents (incl. but not limited to standard operating procedures & work instructions) - Ensure standard operating procedures & work instructions fulfill the quality requirements and standards - Facilitate & ensure that Quality trainings are conducted as per plan - Support on risk assessment activities (e.g., risk assessment for documents,FMEA, change control) - Coordinate internal audit & assessment plans - Perform quality audits & represent during regulatory inspections, industry, customer audits as required - Support the lead of operation in completing assessments (e.g. Quality Self-Assessment, BASICS, Gemba), including trainings related - Support on action plans, as per CAPA process - Assess suppliers based on business requirements, monitor performance and action implementation - Drive Customer KPIs awareness & support the leader of operation in reporting (e.g., Service Quality, Customer KPI LOGICS) - Monitor and analyze Quality KPIs, investigate non-conformances,create & execute actions plans - Develop Quality KPI trees for operations - Maintain operation's CAPA process to handle non-conformances (e.g, internal and external non-conformances, complaints) - Support on root cause analysis & advise on the prioritization of actions - Monitor & support operation on CAPA closure - Gauge the effectiveness of the CAPA by observing the findings recurrences
