Responsibilities
Own country HSE Implementation Subject Matter Expert and drive for agreed deliverables
Provide consultancy to assist HSE officers and site managers to review and facilitate country wide’s risk assessment process, to ensure risks prioritized, managed and controlled as appropriate
Facilitate HSE officers and Site Managers on accident prevention programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor HSE performance and perform analysis with reports on findings and recommendations with alignment to Country Safety & Health policies and objectives.
Identify best practice and promote success story when appropriate
Liaison related disciplines on HSE training needs and skills development as appropriate.
Be an active HSE consultant to client for safety management consultancy service
Facilitating support site safety officers/ site managers to implement all HSE programs/ initiatives properly.
Provide consultancy to site safety personnel on HSE related.
Be an active HSE consultant to client for safety management consultancy service
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health Safety or related field with Professional Safety License (??. ???????) is an advantage
At least 8 years experiences in Safety and Health background
Presentation skill, training skill, proactive, high leadership, and problem solving
Ability to work independently, self-motivation with good organizing and strong communication skills, build relationships and flexible
