Sr. Data Warehouse Business Analyst
The Senior Data Warehouse Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing, designing, and optimizing data warehouse processes.
This position involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data architects to gather requirements, define data models, and ensure that data is stored, managed, and delivered in a way that enables strategic decision-making.
The Senior Data Warehouse Business Analyst will also be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of data warehouse projects, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-deployment support.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data warehouse methodologies, business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of data integration, reporting, and analytics.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and SQL is a must. Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.

Works with business groups to solve diverse and highly complex problems using technology. Analyzes advanced business needs and evaluates complex business processes to recommend process enhancements and expert-level solutions. Assists business analysts with complex and advanced projects.

Identify data sources and analyze data sources to identify data completeness and ensure it is documented.
Analyzes advanced business needs for data warehouse and recommends expert-level solutions. Oversees the gathering of as well as creates requirements to ensure customer needs are fully understood. Supervises the maintenance of careful documentation by team members and maintains responsibility for overall business requirements documentation.
Ensures that documentation is available to team members and others throughout the project timeline
Evaluates complex business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommends solutions to enhance processes. Provides clarification to ensure proper understanding of testing specifications and business processes
Participates in meetings with project teams to document changing business requirements and processes and seeks advice and assistance when necessary
Works with a business analyst team to ensure the proper documentation of specifications and business processes
Collaborates with team members on complex and advanced projects. Works collaboratively with colleagues, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and issues that may affect the larger project outcome
Receives and acts on instructions given to ensure success in an assigned area
Light, Little physical effort. Duties are primarily Sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
