Overview

Lutron is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Inside Sales Services Team. This role is pivotal in driving national sales growth for our Services division. Based at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA, this position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our outside sales teams, representative agents, field service team, and end users.

 

In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing the entire service sales process, from proposal to long-term client relationship management. A successful Inside Sales Representative will utilize their customer relationship skills and inherent drive to increase sales across the organization and provide world-class support to our customers. In this role you will hone your existing talents and learn skills that will help you advance your career by providing you with multiple development opportunities within our growing company.



Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with end-users of Lutron lighting control systems through outbound calls to promote and sell our comprehensive service offerings.
  • Leverage detailed sales analyses to research, evaluate, and accurately forecast incoming orders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and field service teams to provide expert sales support within an assigned territory, driving regional growth.
  • Coordinate maintenance visits for clients with existing service plans, ensuring seamless and timely service delivery.
  • Facilitate service sales training sessions for both internal and external Lutron teams, enhancing their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.


Qualifications



  • Bachelors Degree with a minimum 2.8 GPA required
  • 2 years of sales or customer facing experience, preferred experience in a fast-paced service-related position
  • Experience working with a team to solve problems or achieve a goal
  • Must live within commutable distance of Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
