Overview

Lutron is seeking an Associate Credit Analyst to join the Accounting Services Team at our Global Headquarters - Annex office located in Center Valley, PA. As a Junior Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the creditworthiness of our diverse customer base, helping to assess and manage credit risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with customers across both commercial and residential sectors, as well as our global sales and service teams, to support and drive our annual sales and profit objectives. 

• Analyze Credit Hold Reports: Utilize your strong analytical skills to review credit hold reports and determine the most effective course of action to resolve issues.
• Manage Credit Application Data: Efficiently input, update, and retrieve necessary information for credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate Financial Status: Leverage credit report software to assess customers' financial statuses, providing insightful evaluations to support credit decisions.
• Respond to Credit Inquiries: Apply your exceptional communication skills to address credit inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and clarity.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a business setting preferred
• Proficient in Excel
• Must be located within a commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accomodate in office schedule
