Overview

Associate Imaging & Mailing Technician Objective

To be an effective team member of the Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) Department. To provide mail handling and records support to Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies.



Responsibilities

Associate Imaging & Mailing Technician Rsponsibilities

Acquire knowledge of all documents specific to each individual company, including association of business performed by each company, as well as department function, all of which aids in opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail.

 

Perform scheduled mail trips to and from user departments throughout the Farm Bureau Center. Perform pickup and delivery of records to and from user departments.

 

Prepare documents for scanning to electronic document repository or business process management (BPM) system.



Qualifications



Associate Imaging & Mailing Technician Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. 

 

Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Office required.

 

Reading and writing literacy, plus basic math aptitude required.

 

Preferred: Associate’s degree preferred. Previous office experience preferred.

 

Postal knowledge preferred. 

 

Note - This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
