Job Summary

This position is a full time role, with hours from 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The incumbent will help provide clerical support to the Lewistown Operations team at the Lewistown,PA facility. This will include processing all permits and payments, mapping, performing daily time keeping and maintaining service records, managing inventory, and other various clerical duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support, administer and audit daily work for the Operations group. Provide communications to customer, fielding customer complaints and responding to e-mails. Maintain, update, and process service and customer and company records and corrections using SAP, ESRI, MIRATA, ARCGISPRO, Documentum. Provide field record support.
  • Provide clerical support for the input of purchase requisitions, check requests, daily crew activity roster, call-out database and special projects.
  • Process all permits and payments. Process all PA One call tickets. Maintain service records.
  • Provide administrative and backup support in all other areas of Operations.
  • Perform daily time keeping data entry. Maintain timesheets for SOX requirements.
  • Update mapping system to correctly represent company assets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work effectively with supervision and fellow employees.
  • Profieicent in data entry, SAP, Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • The ability to work in office up to 5 days a week.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year
