  1. Treating patients in the office during regular business hours (unless otherwise indicated).
  2. Night and weekend call to be shared among clinicians in department.
  3. Completing documentation and other paperwork items in a timely manner. Altera Electronic Health Record.

  5. Other practice-related duties as necessary.

Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Completion of Accredited Residency
Board certification in specialty
Unrestricted license to practice within state
Current DEA certificate without restriction
