Job Summary
The Administrative Services Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Associate Provost for Academic Operations, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, and Director of Academic Operations. This role is responsible for supporting the curriculum management processes, coordinating and supporting the university curriculum councils and the faculty senate meetings, providing administrative office support, and maintaining service excellence across all tasks. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for curriculum management support, organizing and supporting committees and councils for the review and management of course and program proposals, and collaborating with university offices to streamline processes. This position will also provide comprehensive administrative support, manage scheduling, assist with travel arrangements, maintain office resources, and support special projects within the Office of the Provost. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, demonstrate initiative and professionalism.
