What do we expect:

We are seeking an experienced and insightful IT Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring that our projects are not only strategically sound but also technically feasible. This position involves collaborating closely with users, senior management, architects, and developers to analyze business needs, design effective strategies, and facilitate the successful implementation of projects. The IT Solutions Consultant will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable technical plans while fostering strong communication across all team members.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical implementation.
  • Work closely with architects to design solutions that align with business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure clarity of project expectations and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness and impact of solutions.

What you should have:

  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as process mapping and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of technical concepts, including databases, systems integration, and software applications, to effectively communicate with technical teams.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and network architecture, is essential to support technical discussions and solutions.
  • A self-motivated and passionate individual who is eager to tackle new challenges and make a significant impact.
