We are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support our operations in Panama City, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor branch budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet profitability targets.
• Identify standard operating procedures and learn the background on them so you understand why they are in place. Suggest improvements when appropriate
• Develop and maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
• Set clear productivity benchmarks, evaluate employee performance, and implement training and development plans to enhance team capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, evaluate options, and take swift, effective action
• Skilled in negotiating agreements and resolving conflicts with both customers and vendors.
• Proficient in building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Capable of setting productivity standards and motivating teams to meet or exceed goal
• Ability to interpret and utilize accounting and financial reports
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
