What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent development, instructional design, and training facilitation.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and training programs.
  • Expertise in learning methodologies including instructional technology, adult learning principles, and training evaluation.
  • Proficiency with video creation and eLearning tools (Articulate 360 and Camtasia preferred).

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year - to start

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
