Job Summary
The Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II position. The position will work as a Technical Assistant Quality Administrator (TAQA).
This position will provide on-site technical assistance to Supports for Community Living (SCL) agencies to improve the quality of services provided to waiver participants; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers; assist with certification reviews and utilization/billing reviews when needed; monitor Plan of Correction implementation; conduct follow-up for complaints and complete investigations as assigned; work collaboratively within a team structure; complete required documentation.
Travel throughout Louisville, KY and surrounding counties is required.
