Reports to: Department Manager

Location: Liverpool

Full Time:  M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Non-Exempt: Salaray range is from $35,360 to $39,520 yearly depending on experience.

 What is a Sweeper 

We are looking for a proactive employee to provide customer service and support to our internal and external customers.   Some responsibilities are:

  • Produces printed materials from digital input files 
  • Reviews paperwork for accuracy
  • Gathering supplies for job completion
  • Packages and labels materials for distribution
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving 
  • Communicates repairs needed
  • Inputting billing information for clients

Additional Responsibilities

  • Employees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside of regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws and are compensated fairly and appropriately, reflecting the value of your contribution to the organization.

On-Call Requirements

  • If you are called in to work outside your regular schedule, you are expected to work at least four hours unless otherwise directed by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

A High school diploma or GED is preferred.   Must follow directions carefully and have strong attention to detail while multitasking.  Must have a strong sense of teamwork and accountability.  Must be able to use a computer, be proficient in Excel, and have basic word processing and e-mail skills.  We require applicants to understand basic math and use copiers, postage meters, pallet jacks, and hand tools.  You must regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.

Conditions of Employment

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
