Position Details
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00/hour + benefits
Pay is based on experience, education, and skills.

What You’ll Do
As an Office & Accounting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations and finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts receivable and collections

• Data entry using ERP and Salesforce systems

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail

• Serving as the receptionist and first point of contact

• Fulfilling supply orders for field personnel (includes light warehouse work)

• Assembling and mailing marketing materials

• Monitoring and restocking office supplies

• Posting cash receipts and resolving AR issues

• General office duties such as filing and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Familiarity with ERP systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly and professional phone manner

• Excellent attention to detail and time management
