As a Data Analyst within the Global Duty Tower

You will be instrumental in developing analytics solutions, optimizing data processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through valuable insights. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Customs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive analyses of financial, operational, and customs data to identify trends, enhance performance, and support business cases.
• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, including project scoping, data collection, modeling, and result presentation.
• Create visually engaging and insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with data engineers to ensure effective data flows.
• Enhance data quality by identifying and addressing inconsistencies, gaps, or errors.
• Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives by automating manual processes and supporting agile innovation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Participate in GDB roadmap initiatives and support global rollouts with analytics input.

Qualifications & Experience:•

• Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to understand complex processes and distill them into actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of customs, logistics, or finance is an advantage.
• A university degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields (or comparable qualification).
