We currently have a need foraCVG OCNT Group Supervisor at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the OCNT Group using advanced levels of containerization, checkpoints and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and providing support to the OCNT Group Agents.
• Ensures training of each agent meets department standards.
• Analyze and provide progress of departmental tasks.
• Provides in-depth containerization support for the Hub.
• Produces accurate reporting for the operations team.
• Supports the field for data and containerization.
• Understanding of transit performance and checkpoint flows.
• Provides accurate outbound manifesting of express shipments departing the Hub.
• Provide accurate checkpoints on shipments transiting CVG.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field preferred.
• Previous operations experience.
• Experience with OCNT manifesting procedures, DCVS, SHERLOC, ECIS, NMIV.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced express environment.
• Ability to lead multiple employees.
• Strong PC Skills with data entry background.
• Advanced Level Skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to make decisions quickly.
• Flexible shift schedule and availability for weekend shifts.
