HR Processes and Business Continuity Specialist
Join our team as a Specialist in Business Continuity Management and play a vital role in safeguarding our operations at DHL Group. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing BCM plans while ensuring the resilience of our payroll and HR functions. Your Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance complex HR Business Continuity Management plans, policies, and procedures for more DHL divisions across the globe.
Implement overarching processes while actively contributing to the development of a new strategy.
Conduct regular risk assessments and proactively identify threats to HR services.
Manage disruptions and ensure critical payroll functions are maintained.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor the effectiveness of continuity plans and identify improvement areas.
Design and implement training and testing activities across the Group.
Your Profile:
General knowledge of HR processes, ideally payroll, and good understanding of complex corporate structures.
Ability to independentlyanalyse and work on complex processes.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented person.
A team player with great stakeholder management skills.
As and advantage:

Experience in developing and managing business continuity plans.
