Job Description:
• Optimize carrier performance for efficient and cost-effective transport operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners
• Analyze performance and implement improvements for greater efficiency
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels and cost targets are met
• Secure transport capacity by working with new and existing carriers
• Be responsible for audit results
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate them to the team
• Report on transport performance, progress, and budget fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in carrier management or transport operations
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and carrier management processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and TMS systems
• Fluency in Czech, with strong English communication skills
• Clean criminal record
