In this Sales Support Intern role

You will have to provide day-to-day administrative support to implement sales sub function plans and processes to deliver business growth, profitability and enhance customer retention for a defined area/ territory in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies

 

Key Tasks

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to implement sales sub function plans and processes to deliver business growth, profitability and enhance customer retention for a defined area/ territory in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
•  Undertake routine tasks to implement sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution plans
•  Under close supervision provide basic support in reporting improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with sales effectiveness
•  Provide basic support to verify market trends and customer requirements and support translation of products/ services into solutions to meet their needs
• Provide day to day support to administer sales support processes and tools to ensure sales force effectiveness

 

Stakeholders

• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

 

Management Responsibility

• Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
