Position Title: Telephone Banking Consultant - Telemarketing

Receive and generate calls to customers and prospective clients, to provide guidance and offer Popular products. Identify each customer’s needs to offer the product/service that best fits their need, thereby achieving sales goals. Among the products to offer, there are the following: loans, credit cards, reserve lines of credit, IRA accounts, among others. Comply with the assigned work schedule and with the measurement requirements established by the unit. This position offers incentives if sales metrics or goals are met.
Analyzes customer needs and evaluates the different Popular product alternatives available to meet them. Guide and offer the customer the right products. Promotes the acquisition of financial products and services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
24 Bachelor's degree approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least two years of related experience.
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
