Job Overview
The Clinic Assistant Director assists in managing a single or multiple clinics, providing ambulatory patient care services by supervising daily operations and patient care activities. The Assistant Director ensures staff provide high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-focused services to patients across the continuum that comply with local, state, and federal requirements. In addition, the Assistant Director implements and supervises the maintenance of clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development. Lastly, the Assistant Director assists in integrating services/operations with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures, as well as with business, departmental, and organizational goals/objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years of experience in a directly related healthcare field, and actively working on a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with TJC, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Experience developing and monitoring budgets and resource allocations.
Experience in monitoring financial performance and identifying and recommending strategies to reduce costs and improve the quality of care/service.
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Compensation
$98,263.15 - $122,828.94 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
