This position reports directly to the Enineering Manager

• Will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
• Their duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to maximize production efficiency.
• Additionally, will share all departmental duties, maintain assigned goals for efficiency and productivity, and must be able to understand Lean concepts.
• Most importantly, they need to support the department's KPIs. They need to be willing to understand the product firsthand.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 6 months of experience in manufacturing or a degree in a technical career with four years of experience in manufacturing of cable harnesses.

Computer knowledge in:

Microsoft Office.

CAD design software.

English, written and spoken, 60% minimum.
