Position Summary
Ava is seeking to hire a full-time Analytics and ML (Machine Learning) Ops Engineer to join our growing Analytics team, reporting to the Principal Data Scientist. Ava is looking for a software engineer with experience in data pipelines and data wrangling who can expand and optimize Ava's existing data infrastructure, extensively collaborating with our Power Resources, Salesforce, Data Science, Modeling and Analytics teams. We are looking for someone who can navigate both the realms of Advanced Analytics, Data and Software Engineering. Ava's technology stack and broader mission.
As an Analytics & ML Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, reliable infrastructure to support analytics workflows, data science experimentation, and machine learning operations. Your work will empower Ava's data-driven decision-making and accelerate the development and deployment of impactful models and insights.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $178,774 with a Total Compensation of up to $196,651 annually based on performance.

Location and Working Conditions
This position will be based in Ava headquarters in Oakland, near BART. Ava's team has a hybrid approach inclusive of in-office and remote work. This role is expected to go into the office on Tuesday, Thursday, and the first Wednesday of the month.
