Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager of Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves overseeing development, and retention of top talent, ensuring that the company has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various departments to create a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that support business objectives.
    • Analyze workforce trends and identify future talent needs.
  • Employee Development:

    • Create and manage programs for employee development, and succession planning.
    • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and employee evaluations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare reports for senior leadership on talent management metrics and progress.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Who we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Passion for developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Advanced English
