Senior Transport Improvement Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.


• Lead Strategic Analyst team and Continuous CCT Dashboard aim to maximize transport and related data. Analyze, and visualize data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving efficiency and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data findings into actionable recommendations to enhance business opportunity strategically.


• Oversee CCT Data Center quality. Continuous enhance it accuracy and maintain Dashboard & Data security according to policy.


• Lead cultural change into data driven culture to promote the use and awareness of CCT Data Center


• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success or disrupt operations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges proactively, minimize disruptions, and ensure project resilience and sustainability.


• Support improvement projects of other parties both within CCT and related department such as Operation and Business Development


• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, arrange a session with user or operation team to get a detailed picture of what the user wants, define requirements, and monitor those through to implementation.


• Continuous improve of Dashboard & Data analytic for business insight and awareness.

• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and achieve the key results


• Assist cross functional team in transport process, system implementation and root cause finding


• Provide consultation to the team in business and data analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation business


• Experience in PowerBI is preferable


• Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives, system development projects, or business transformation programs


• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment


• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze complex problems


• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management systems, or other relevant technologies is desirable


• Strong Communication both in Thai and English
