We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving business growth by managing sales tools, optimizing processes, and analyzing data to empower our sales teams to achieve their targets.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Work alongside key stakeholders within the EMEA region to (1) use efficiently Sales Enablement and Bid Management platforms and processes, (2) create and deliver strong bid responses and (3) deliver a strong user experience within the Sales community.
  • Provide hands-on and day-to-day support to the Clusters, Sectors, Products Business Development teams, and regional functions.
  • Collaborate with the global cross-regional Bid Excellence team to enhance Sales Enablement and Bid Management platforms and processes, driving innovation, efficiency and better user experience.
  • Apply global standards and best practices. 
  • Enable best practice sharing within the region through community collaboration.
  • Create training materials and programs (e.g for Gen Pro BD, Bid Composition tools)  for new hires and ongoing development for the sales team.
  • Streamline sales processes, gather feedback from key stakeholders within EMEA region, and identify trends to propose improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with leadership to align with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to support sales initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs for the sales team, providing insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Sales Support as well as Sales Systems and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions to align stakeholder needs with organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement, Change Management as well as Project Management are required skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and working method through data analytics and reporting
  • Experience in the use of tools such as Power BI is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent in Business English
