Are you looking for a 6 to 12-month internship in a globally leading company? Are you an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for improving customer experience, and enjoys working in a company in which your development is key? We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Customer Experience Intern. 

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Data collection, analysis and reporting: Gathering data from various sources, cleaning and interpreting it in order to report, provide insights and plan improvements to the customer experience journey.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborating with different teams to make sure implementation of initiatives is happening and having a positive impact. 
  • Training: Onboard and provide ongoing support to the countries in the EMEA region and functional stakeholders onto the customer experience programs, bringing the visibility of the voice of the customer within the DHL Supply Chain organization. 
  • Data Governance: Support data integrity, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change management: Continuously strive for new ways of working challenging the current processes and analysis.
  • Communication & Community Management: Manage, engage and guarantee smooth communication with our CX Community throughout EMEA region, assisting in planning and conceptualizing community calls; also leveraging on best practices to share within the CX community. 

Who are we looking for?
  • A person who is passionate about data, finding solutions and improving customer experience.
  • Currently enrolled in a university based in Germany and through the whole internship period.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Curious mindset for understanding business aspects behind numerical data.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and support decision-making.
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities, eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to the team.
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills can easily connect and engage with people.
  • Cultural Awareness: understanding and respect for cultural differences and perspectives, as you will be part of a 23 countries team.
  • Ability to work successfully in a complex, international environment with team members located in different countries and time zones.

What can you bring as a plus?
  • Experience in supporting with onboarding, training and/or coaching initiatives.
  • Experience with customer experience services.
  • Power BI knowledge.
