NeoGenomics is looking for a Financial Analyst who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is an onsite position with a Monday - Friday day shift.

PositionSummary:

The Financial Analyst role is responsible for supporting business partners with OpEx management and timing reporting. Additionally, this position will work in a highly collaborative environment to gather data and insights, perform analysis, and support our ability to make strategic and informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own multiple cost centers from an OpEx perspective ensuring teams come in at or below budget.
• Provide analytical findings on a periodic basis to the team.
• Utilizes Excel and Tableau to analyze and manipulate complex datasets.
• Provide Ad Hoc analytical support and data analysis as needed.
• Assist in annual AOP and 5-year strategic planning projects.

Experience&RequiredQualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree from four-year university.
• Proficient in Excel with a knowledge of data manipulation and model building; and proficient in Tableau would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
