We are currently searching for a talented Administrative Assistant to join and grow with our Administration team!

At SEH, our administrative team is involved in a wide variety of support functions to ensure the company’s daily operations are on task and running smoothly. This group is key to providing organizational support to leadership as they manage their teams in maintaining operational goals and driving sustainable growth. As a part of this team, your ability to assess and prioritize information, be deadline driven and flexible will positively impact the overall success of the organization.

This Opportunity:

  • Clearly communicate with customers via phone, email, face-to-face, and chat to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
  • Accurately track and manage professional conference supplies and office resources
  • Maintain new hire coordination
  • Manage Safety/PPE Supplies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to run errands for office party/meeting supplies as needed
  • Must be local to the Twin Cities area with the ability to report into our Vadnais Heights office 5 days per week
  • All offers of employment for this position are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check which meets company standards. This will be conducted post-offer acceptance.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $18 and $25 per hour based on skill set and experience.
