Responsibilities

• Product collateral ownership with an emphasis on customer-facing materials (terms and conditions, packaging copy, product copy).
• Knowledge expertise of governmental and third-party partner regulations.
• Coordinate with creative services to deliver timely execution of collateral updates on product enhancements and new product launches. This includes writing effective creative briefs.
• Coordinate bank reviews to ensure all collateral is approved.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives, including creative services, product management, brand management and trade marketing, to ensure that all initiatives meet timeline and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives

Qualifications



• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Product Marketing Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business)
• Prior experience in customer facing technical writing
• The successful candidate will:
o Have an impeccable attention to detail and organization with a strong sense of urgency.
o Be results-driven with the ability to prioritize multiple projects based on strategic importance and lead times.
o Have polished communication skills, persuasive presentation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate to all levels of the organization
o Be highly adaptable - roles and responsibilities are subject to change as our business evolves
o Be energetic, positive, flexible, proactive with a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun
