Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking a Front Office Team Lead to support the Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) program under the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will provide oversight of front office contract support.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applicable SAP develop directives, instructions, manuals, and memos.
  • Conduct research and provide guidance and recommendations to assist with policy interpretation.
  • Conduct policy coordination activities to ensure community collaboration.
  • Support the Policy Sub-Working Group (PSWG) with note taking, agenda and briefing product development, and meeting logistics.
  • Review tasking documents for accuracy and compliance with higher level guidance.
  • Review and respond to official taskings via the appropriate channels ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Minimum ten years experience within a federal or DoD environment.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Ability to plan and lead major work assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of DoD CIO and SAP IT.
